Sampdoria loanee Winks: No-one from Spurs has contacted me

Sampdoria loanee Harry Winks admits he's not heard from anyone at Tottenham.

The midfielder is on-loan with struggling Samp this season.

Winks told gazzetta.it: "As long as mathematics gives us hope, we will continue to fight. And, in any case, the conditions are there to make it again.

"Let's believe in it, all together.

"There is awareness of our value, it seems to me that it is an objective fact visible to everyone. I am also thinking of our excellent performances against Milan and Lazio."

On his future, Winks added: "No one from Tottenham has contacted me, not even the coach. I was and remain totally focused on Sampdoria."
